Training sessions would be arranged for engineers and faculty members as per customer requirements.
The training costs will be decided based on the number of participants, travel costs, availability of space for training etc.
On the purchasing 3 or more software licenses, free training would be available.
Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC) includes one or two software updates per year as needed (these may include new features, tools etc) along with any remote assistance or trouble shooting needed on PCSWMM tools.
Software updates for the first year will be included with the initial purchase. However, if phone or online support is needed, purchasing AMC would be necessary.
The support is strictly for software usage and not for any academic or consultancy projects.
